You may feel like you’re destined to live a life of pain and misery. You have tried countless times to change your thinking, but it seems impossible. You’re always tense, scared, and your worries are endless. Sometimes, you really think you’re losing your mind which is the scariest worry of all. If you can relate, then we have something in common. I have experienced all these thoughts myself and it took all the courage I had to reach out and get help. Since then, I made it my purpose to help others who felt like I did— hopeless. The first step to feeling better is to ask for help and you are halfway there.
